A Warm Welcome and Cozy Comfort
Arriving at the motel late in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find the room already warmed up for me, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The clean and modern facilities exceeded my expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The friendly staff went above and beyond, providing helpful information about the local weather and attractions. Although the hot water in the shower was not scorching due to the chilly temperatures outside, it was still warm enough to be enjoyable. Despite a few minor shortcomings, the overall experience at this motel was exceptional. I would highly recommend it to others.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this 4-star hotel. The lady managing this place was absolutely lovely and made sure that my group of friends and I were happy throughout our stay. The room was spacious with separate heaters in each area, including electric heaters on the beds which made for a cozy night's sleep. The overall cleanliness was top-notch, and the kitchen facilities were well-equipped. It was also great to have an area outside where we could sit and relax. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the mountain and within easy walking distance of both the town center and nearby dining options.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Settling into our accommodation was seamless. Our room was warm and clean, with modern bathroom facilities and comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly friendly, helping us plan our snow activities and giving us the most up-to-date weather reports. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to both the main town and the junction with ease.
Although the wall heater was noisy, the main heat pump was more than adequate to warm the room.

Ohakune is the sickest town at the base of Mt Ruapehu, perfect for hitting up the Turoa ski field. We also checked out the Bridge to Nowhere trail, which was rad. The Mangapurua Valley is blowing up, bro! The Whakapapa Ski Area at the Top of the Bruce carpark was unreal too. The Peaks Motor Inn was the perfect base for all our wild adventures!
The only thing we wish for was a bar or a chill lounge area where we can hang with our crew after a day of shredding on the slopes. It would've been awesome to have a place to meet other young party-goers and keep the good times going!

The location was convenient and close to the skiing area. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and had good customer service skills. The hot tub was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of activities.
There were a few downsides to staying at this hotel. The bathroom was not very clean, and the shower did not have very hot water.

Great location close to mountains. Spacious and clean rooms with nice kitchenettes.
No hot water for showers after 9 pm. Heater temperature cannot be adjusted to warmer.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
